Ohio State Sales Tax Note: Due to the ridiculous number of sales tax rates in the state of Ohio, all sales to Ohio residents will be FOB Rocky River, OH and will be taxed at the 7.75% rate (highest overall rate in the state).

This is the amount of tax that will be paid to the Ohio tax board on each taxable transaction even if the actual rate at the invoice address is lower. Accu-Products will not be keeping this difference amount. The difference will typically be in the pennies and never more than a dollar, or two even on very large orders.

If you have any questions on this policy, please direct your inquiries to the Ohio State Tax Board and ask them why the rates are allowed to vary within a single zip code (the technical reason we have to do this).
