Checkout Note:
When choosing a shipping option at checkout, please make sure the option you choose is appropriate for the items being ordered. If you choose the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box for a large item like a fairing, or the Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope for something heavy like a crankshaft or a case of oil, we will not be able to ship the items until we contact you and arrange payment for the balance of the corrected shipping cost.

Please choose UPS for anything large, heavy or for any order with a large number of items. We will adjust packaging and use the appropriate shipping method behind the scenes and the price at you paid at checkout will be correct.

Only if the items are small, flat and lightweight will the USPS Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope and USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box be the appropriate choices at checkout. You can help us get your order out faster by choosing the most appropriate shipping method at checkout rather than the cheapest one shown in the list. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is required if we want to offer you these USPS options to save money on appropriate items at checkout.

All USA shipping is via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service) according to item weight, type and size.

UPS:

All UPS rate calculations are based upon UPS zone charts and package weights except as noted on specific items.

USPS:

All USPS rate calculations are based upon US zip codes.

Alternate Shipping Methods:

Accu-Products reserves the right to use a shipment method other than what is chosen at checkout if it will result in a better service level than the option selected. Any difference in cost of more than $3.00 will be refunded upon order completion.

Notes:

• If merchandise appears to be damaged in shipment, contact Accu-Products immediately to file a damage claim, and/or discuss replacement options
• Do not ship anything back without contacting Accu-Products first to get a return authorization
• Do not discard packaging or contents until inspection is completed by the carrier or your claim will be refused
