PAYMENT: We  accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, &, Discover) as well as C.O.D.  or money order. Personal checks are accepted, but the checks must clear before goods are shipped.  For checks drawn on out-of-state banks, that is typically 7 to 10 days.  We do not offer open accounts.

PRICES: All prices are F.O.B. Rocky River, OH and are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever possible. Shipping charges are added to invoice total. There is no surcharge for shipping through the US Post Office.

BACK ORDERS: Backorders will be filled in under 30 days unless specified otherwise. We have most of the items listed in stock & ready to ship and our suppliers are very reliable, but occasionally a product may be out of stock regionally or nationwide.  When possible, the item's status will be detailed on your invoice or by letter. We urge you to contact us regarding your part's backorder status if you are at all unsure.

SPECIAL ORDERS: On special orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Please allow 30-90 days shipping time on  special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Must be pre-paid in US Money Order, Certified Bank Draft or credit card only. Orders are shipped freight and duty collect.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization # and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected and maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced  immediately. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All refused shipments must be in "as new" condition for resale and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges. Some items in this catalog and on our  website may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle.  Accu-Products® performance products are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles.  No returns on special orders.

ALL SALES OF ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CARRY ONLY THE WARRANTY, IF ANY, PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in front of the carrier. All claims must be made to the carrier.

WARRANTY: Accu-Products® strives to produce products with the highest quality and performance in the industry. Accu-Products® products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED on any products made or sold by Accu-Products®.  All descriptions given by Accu-Products® as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Accu-Products® will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we manufacture or sell. Accu-Products® shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation. If in the opinion of Accu-Products® an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of Accu-Products® products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.

LIABILITY: The purchaser of any Accu-Products® products releases the manufacturer of those products and/or Accu-Products® from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.
